How It Started

Mind Your Dreams was founded by Hadar Yonna with a simple but powerful idea: dreams are not random or meaningless. They are one of the mind’s most practical tools for understanding what is happening beneath the surface of daily life.

During moments when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or out of sync, dreams often speak most clearly. When we pay attention to them, they reveal patterns, emotions, and truths that can be difficult to recognize while awake. What often begins as an attempt to make sense of a single dream gradually becomes a steady source of ongoing guidance and clarity.

This belief shapes our approach to dream work. It is not about fixed symbols or abstract theories. It is about learning how your own mind communicates through images, stories, and feelings, and discovering how to apply those insights in real, everyday life.

Through guided dream circles, one-on-one support, practical tools, and a supportive community, Mind Your Dreams helps you remember, record, and work with your dreams as an active and meaningful part of your life.

A Personal Note

I have been a vivid dreamer for as long as I can remember, and a lucid dreamer for much of my life. For years, my interest in dreams came from simple curiosity. I enjoyed remembering them, but I did not yet see them as something practical or useful.

That changed during a difficult period in my life. I was in a relationship that did not feel safe or healthy, and my dreams became impossible to ignore. Night after night, they carried a clear message, urging me to leave. Out of curiosity and a growing sense of urgency, I began writing them down to understand what they were trying to tell me.

What emerged was clarity. My dreams were guiding me, step by step, toward safety and change. Experiencing that firsthand revealed the real power of dream work, not as symbolism to decode, but as a living dialogue with the mind.

More than six years later, with over 700 dreams recorded and explored, I have seen how dreams can support us through life’s challenges. They can help us navigate difficult decisions, unlock creativity, improve wellbeing, deepen relationships, and release emotional blocks and negative beliefs. As an ALM in psychology student at Harvard Extension School and as a member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) I continue to ground this work in research, study, and conversation within the wider dream study community.

Today, I guide others through this process with a grounded, research-based approach. Rather than offering fixed interpretations, I help people learn their own dream language, so the insights that emerge are personal, relevant, and lasting.

If you feel curious, you are invited to experience this work for yourself in one of our small sharing dream circles, where we gather to explore dreams together and learn how to listen to what they are saying.
You can also join The Dream Circle Facebook group were you can share your dream experiences with other dreamers.

I wish you sweet dreams,
and may you remember them.
