1. What Information We Collect and how we use it

We only collect the information we need to run Mind Your Dreams and provide the services you ask for. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

    • Contact details: When you sign up for our newsletter, Dream Circles, or use the contact form, we collect your name and email address.
    • Intake forms: If you join a Dream Circle, we may ask about your goals, dreaming habits, and sometimes general health or well-being information. This is only to make sure our programs are suitable for you. We’ll only use this sensitive information if you give us your clear consent. It is never used for marketing.
    • Payments: if you purchase a course, lecture, event, or 1-1 dream reading, payments are handled securely by PayPal, Wise, or via bank transfer. We don’t store your card or bank details.
    • Analytics: we use tools like Google Analytics to see how people use our site and improve it. In the EU/UK we only set these cookies if you give us permission, and you can remove this permission through our website at any time.
    • Comments: If you leave a comment, we collect the name and email you provide so your comment can be displayed.
    • Basic technical logs: like most websites, our servers automatically collect limited information (such as IP address and error logs) to keep the site secure.

    2. How We Use Your Information
We only use your information to provide the services you ask for, to personalize your experience, and to keep our community safe and welcoming. For example, your details help us run Dream Circles, send updates you’ve subscribed to, process payments, and improve our website.
If you share goals or well-being information in an intake form or in one of our circles, we use it only to make sure the program is a good fit and to tailor it so it supports you in the best way possible.
We keep your information only as long as it’s needed for these purposes, and the later sections of this policy explain in more detail how we share, protect, and eventually delete it.

    3. Sharing Your Information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising purposes.
To keep Mind Your Dreams running, we do share some information with trusted partners who help us deliver our services. For example, payment processors handle transactions, email services send newsletters, and website hosts keep the site online. We only pass along the minimum information needed for these services to work, and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
While our website is hosted in the EU, Some of these partners may store or process data outside the European Union. When this happens, we choose providers who meet EU data protection standards.

    4. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You are always in control of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as asking for a copy of the information we hold about you, requesting corrections or updates, asking us to delete your data, or requesting a portable copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from our emails, or object to certain uses like analytics tracking.
If you’d like to exercise any of these rights, simply email us at info@mindyourdreams.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before completing your request, and we will reply within 30 days. No matter what, we will never treat you differently for choosing to exercise your privacy rights.

    5. Cookies and Analytics

Like most websites, we use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, to help the site work properly and to understand how people use it. For example, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are most popular and where visitors are coming from. This helps us improve the site over time.

In the European Union and the United Kingdom, we only place analytics cookies if you give us permission through the cookie banner. If you prefer, you can also disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop you from accessing the site, although some features may not work as smoothly.

    6. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect it. Our website runs on secure servers in the European Union and uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) to keep your data safe while it travels across the internet.
Access to personal information is limited to the small number of people who need it to provide our services, and our trusted service providers are required to protect it as well.
No online system can ever be completely risk-free, but we do our best to keep your information safe, back it up when needed, and treat it with care.

    7. Children’s Privacy

Mind Your Dreams is for a general audience, and our articles, events, and newsletter are open to readers of all ages. Participation in our Dream Circles is generally reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
In some special cases, we may offer dream circles designed for younger participants. When this happens, anyone under 18 will need verifiable parental consent before joining. Participants under 18 cannot take part unless a parent or guardian gives permission in advance.
Our programs are for personal growth and exploration. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and they are not a substitute for therapy or professional care. If we ever learn that we have collected information from someone under the required age without proper consent, we will delete it as quickly as possible.

    8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We only keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. For example, if you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address until you choose to unsubscribe, at which point it is removed from our mailing list. If you join a Dream Circle, the answers you provide in your intake form are kept for the duration of the program and for up to six months afterward before being deleted. Payment details are never stored by us, though our payment processors keep transaction records as required for accounting and legal purposes. Comments you leave on the site remain published until you delete them yourself or ask us to remove them, while basic technical logs are usually cleared automatically within about thirty days unless they are needed to investigate a problem or security issue.

    9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new services, changes in the law, or improvements in how we protect your information. If the changes are significant, we will let you know clearly, for example by sending an email to our subscribers or placing a notice on our website.
The most up-to-date version of this policy will always be available on mindyourdreams.com, and you can see when it was last updated at the top of this page.
