Your Dream Journey Starts Here
Dreams can reveal important clues about your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs, but without attention and practice, most will be forgotten within minutes.
The Beginner Circle is designed to help you with that. Over five weeks, you’ll build a consistent dream practice by learning techniques not only to remember your dreams, but to remember them more often and more vividly. You’ll strengthen your dream journal practice and begin to spot emotional threads and personal patterns within your dreams.
Each week, we meet to reflect, share, and learn from one another’s experiences. You’ll expand your practice step by step by learning new concepts and techniques that build on each other. It is an active and collaborative space where exploring your dreams becomes more insightful and more enjoyable alongside others who are doing the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the beginners circle suitable if I’ve already done some dream work before?
Even if you remember your dreams, this circle can be a good fit if you are not yet journaling them or actively working with them. However, if you already keep a dream journal regularly, the beginner circle may not be the right level for you. If you are unsure which circle is best, schedule 15 minute consultation and we will help you decide what is the best fit for you.
I don’t usually remember my dreams. Can I still join?
Yes. This circle is designed for people at the very beginning of their dream journey, including those who rarely or never remember dreams. You’ll learn simple techniques to improve recall, and with consistent practice, most participants start noticing progress within the first couple of weeks.
How much time will I need to commit outside of the weekly sessions?
Plan for about 10–15 minutes each morning to record your dreams and occasionally review your journal. The more consistent you are, the more you’ll get out of the experience, but the daily practice is designed to be manageable.
Will I learn to interpret my dreams?
The focus here is not on instant interpretation but on learning to recognize patterns, emotions, and symbols that are personal to you. Over time, this understanding naturally leads to more meaningful insights than a one-off interpretation could provide.
