Dreams Are Especially Helpful When:
You are at a crossroads and need to make a decision
Dreams can help you compare options, point to areas of tension, and let you try out possible directions without acting on them yet.
You feel stuck and don't know what your next move should be
Dreams can let you experiment with possible directions, test possible scenarios, and loosen resistance in order to regain a sense of flow.
You are in the middle of a creative process and feel blocked
Dreams can offer images, ideas, or shifts in perspective that help the process move again without forcing solutions during the day.
You keep encountering similar situations or relationships
Dreams can help you compare options, point to areas of tension, and let you try out possible directions without acting on them yet.
You feel under pressure with or without a clear reason
Dreams can surface what is weighing on you, bring tension into clearer form, and reduce internal pressure by giving it a place to appear.
You are transitioning into a new role or phase of life
Dreams can help you try out new identities, relate to changing responsibilities, and adjust to what is emerging before it is fully lived.

Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t usually remember my dreams. Can I still join?
Yes. The beginners dream circle is designed for people at the very beginning of their dream journey, including those who rarely or never remember dreams. You’ll learn simple techniques to improve dream recall, and with consistent practice, most people start noticing progress within the first couple of weeks.
What if my dreams are strange, fragmented, or don’t seem to make sense?
That’s completely normal. Even short fragments or seemingly nonsensical dreams can hold valuable clues. In the beginners dream circle, you’ll practice techniques to remember more of your dreams over time, turning small details into fuller, richer dream stories. You’ll learn how to work with whatever you recall, no matter how small or unusual, and gradually build a deeper connection to your dreaming mind.
How is working on my dream patterns in a circle different from interprating my own dreams?
In a dream circle, you hear how others describe their dreams and the questions they ask about them. This can introduce ways of noticing details or asking questions that you might not think of on your own. The group setting also helps you stay motivated, consistent, and open to new ways of looking at your dreams.
Do I need to complete the beginner circle before joining an intermediate or advanced Circle?
Not necessarily. While each dream circle builds on skills developed in earlier levels, you can join a higher-level circle if you already have an established dream practice. This usually means regularly remembering your dreams and recording them, and having some familiarity with your recurring patterns. If you are unsure which level is the best fit, you can schedule a short call to explore the option that supports you most.
